This blend was born out of a moment I didn’t expect.

At my first Super Bowl party after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I reached for the classic chips and onion dip I had grown up loving… and realized I couldn’t have it. Traditional onion soup mix isn’t gluten-free. I was shocked.

I spent weeks searching for a clean, gluten-free option to keep in my kitchen, but nothing felt right. The ingredients didn’t align, the flavor was off, or it simply didn’t feel like the staple I remembered.

So I created my own.

This onion soup mix was designed to bring back that familiar, nostalgic flavor we all love, without the ingredients that don’t belong. It’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and made with a clean-label approach for those who care about what’s in their food.

We even developed a custom bouillon blend from scratch, avoiding common additives like palm oil, yeast extract, and soybean oil. Every ingredient was chosen with intention to keep it as allergy-friendly and simple as possible.
